Dr. Dai Quoc Tran is a researcher at the Smart and Safe Transportation Lab, University of Central Florida. With a Ph.D. from Sungkyunkwan University, Dr. Tran develops deep learning algorithms for hazard detection, multi-camera tracking, and low-light image enhancement in transportation contexts.
