Kelli Roberts currently serves as Chief Strategy and Communications Officer at the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission where she provides strategic direction and communications leadership. She previously held the position of Director of Policy and External Affairs, providing leadership on initiatives of strategic importance such as the conversion to All-Electronic Tolling, the Commission’s long range planning efforts known as Reimagining the Turnpike, projects to rebuild the Commission’s Customer Service technologies and continued efforts to build and maintain relationships in local communities.
Throughout her career Roberts has worked with elected officials at all levels of government to implement communications strategies that successfully furthered policy change including the Pennsylvania Office of the Governor, the U.S. Department of Transportation, and the United States Congress.
