Len Becker serves as the Senior Vice President and Office Leader for HNTB’s West Florida offices, where he leads delivery of services to their transportation, tolls, aviation, transit and municipal clients. His responsibilities encompass business strategy, sales, operations, and project delivery, ensuring that HNTB’s services meet and exceed client expectations. With a broad background in transportation, Len’s expertise spans a wide range of areas including innovative procurement strategies and alternative project delivery. Len earned both his Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in Civil Engineering from Michigan State University and is a licensed professional engineer in the State of Michigan.
