About me
I have a degree in Civil Engineering from Eduardo Mondlane University and a Master's degree in Economics and International Development, specialty Management and Administration of Development Projects from the French University of Clermont Auvergne, I am also a member of the Order of Engineers of Mozambique with number 2132 and registered in the Ministry of Public Works, Housing and Water Resources with number 4936/A.
