About me
Morgan serves as the Program Manager for the Moving I-4 Forward program, working closely with the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) to deliver this historic initiative. Prior to taking his current role, he served as the Florida State Leader for RS&H’s Infrastructure Business Unit, operating out of their corporate headquarters in Jacksonville, FL.
Morgan holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering Degree from the University Florida and is a licensed Professional Engineer in Florida, Georgia, Alabama, and South Carolina.
As Program Manager for the Moving I-4 Forward program, reporting directly to Assistant Secretary Will Watts, and working closely with the Corridors Program Office, Morgan is responsible for leading and managing the continuous planning, coordination, communication, and delivery of all necessary components and initiatives of the program, which will be managed on-site out of the Program Office in Celebration, FL.
